Anthony Michael McMurray, Appellant v. The State of Texas, Appellee

FROM COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY
NO. 18-04154-1, THE HONORABLE PHILLIP O. VICK, JUDGE PRESIDINGORDER

PER CURIAM

Appellant's brief was originally due on June 8, 2020, but the deadline has been extended several times. On December 15, 2020, we issued an order granting appellant a third extension of time to file his brief, setting the deadline for March 1, 2021. Appellant has now filed a fourth motion for extension of time, seeking "at least 45 days" and explaining that he has found a lawyer to take his case. We grant the motion in part, extending appellant's deadline to thirty days from the date of this order. We caution appellant that no further extensions will be granted and that if appellant's brief is not filed by April 12, 2021, the appeal will be submitted on the record alone. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(4).

It is ordered on March 12, 2021. Before Chief Justice Byrne, Justices Baker and Smith Do Not Publish
