Motion to amend return and scheduling order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to amend the return is granted, without costs, and respondents shall file and serve the amended return on or before November 18, 2016, and petitioner may file and serve a supplemental brief, if any, on or before December 19, 2016, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to amend the scheduling order is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to file and serve the brief of respondents is extended to January 18, 2017.
