ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to June 13, 2016, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an order compelling plaintiff to turn over trial exhibits to defendant is denied (see 22 NYCRR 800.5 [b]), without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for further relief is denied, without costs.
