Supreme Court of Michigan
Oct 29, 2001
636 N.W.2d 142 (Mich. 2001)

Opinion

No. 117028.

October 29, 2001.

COA: 214736, Delta CC: 97-014063-NO

By order of October 30, 2000, the application for leave to appeal from the May 19, 2000 decision of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Lugo v Ameritech Corp, (Docket No. 112575).

On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 3, 2001, 464 Mich. 512 (2001), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
