Upon the application of claimant to restore his claim to the trial calendar which was closed by operation of the Court's Order filed on June 10, 2011 denying his application for a reduction of the Court's filing fee, and in recognition of claimant's timely attempt to remit the fee which was returned because it was not made payable to the proper party, and in further recognition that claimant's later submission corrected this error, the Court exercises its ameliorative power to restore his claim. Claim No. 119877 is, therefore, restored to the trial calendar.
