Before the Court is appellant's September 20, 2023 motion to dismiss this appeal. In the motion, appellant informs the Court that he no longer wishes to pursue this appeal. We grant appellant's motion and dismiss this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
