This case was on the Court's May 1, 2023 San Francisco, California trial calendar. The IRS reported that the parties had settled, and that Ms. McKnight had signed a stipulated decision that it has a photo of. But she did not sign and return an original decision document. That prompted the IRS to move to enter the decision the parties seemed to have agreed to. It is important that the Court hear from petitioner if there is some reason not to grant respondent's motion. It is therefore
