Opinion Filed August 28, 2009.

On Appeal from the 95th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 08-07610.

Before Chief Justice THOMAS and Justices O'NEILL and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Court has before it the parties' July 31, 2009 joint motion to dismiss the appeal. In the motion, the parties state they have settled and compromised their differences. They ask that we render judgment effectuating the parties settlement agreement and to dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A). We grant the motion.

We affirm the trial court's judgment ordering appellant to pay $1400 to appellee. We render judgment effectuating the parties' settlement agreement as to the method of payment, the consequences for failure to make payments, and the disposition upon full payment of the agreed amount.
