Upon due consideration of the Motion To Change Place of Trial, filed March 29, 2022, by petitioner in the above-docketed matter, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's just-referenced motion is granted, and the place of trial for any proceedings in this case shall be changed to San Antonio, Texas. Petitioner is reminded, however, that regardless of the city selected, no trial will be held if subsequent developments show that a case must be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
