A proceeding involving a claim against the estate of a deceased person. Judgment for claimant, but being dissatisfied with the amount thereof, she sued out a writ of error to have the proceedings reviewed by the Supreme Court.

Error to the District Court of Jefferson County, Hon. Osmer E. Smith, Judge.
