DISMISSAL
Before the Court is Plaintiff's request to dismiss his complaint. He has been unable to obtain legal representation and therefore declines to pursue the matter further. Defendants have not been served with the Summons and Complaint. Accordingly, for good cause pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) this matter is dismissed without prejudice.
