ORDERED that the Court's Order served October 6, 2022, making absolute the Order to Show Cause issued June 6, 2022, is amended in that the reference in the first ordered paragraph to "March 30, 2022" is deemed to be to "June 6, 2022". It is further

ORDERED that, in all other respects, the Court's above-referenced Order remains in full force and effect.
