Assumpsit to recover purchase price of securities alleged sold in violation of Blue Sky Law. Judgment for defendants.

Error to the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Emanuel Eller, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1925.
