Pursuant to the Order filed herewith, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Complaint against Defendants Les Zieve, Matthew Tokarz, Michael Gonzales, Shelly Raiszadeh, Grace Kim, Brian Tran, Ross Bergman, Jesse Hernandez, Janet Song, Anderson McPharlin and Commers LLP, Utls Default Services, LLC, Metlife Home Loans, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The Court orders that such judgment be entered.
