OIL AND NATURAL GAS, § 8sufficiency of evidence to sustain judgment for oilfield contractor. In action by oilfield contractor for services, rendered under verbal contract allegedly for defendants, held that, under evidence which was irreconcilable, judgment for plaintiff would not be disturbed on review on ground that plaintiff was informed, at time of making of contract, that it was being made by defendants on behalf of third person.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Clay county; the Hon. J.T. BULLINGTON, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1944.
