CRIMINAL LAW.

Where assignments of errors or briefs were not filed and examination of record did not disclose error and testimony of defendant corroborated that of state and showed a willful and unjustifiable homicide, conviction for murder was affirmed.

APPEAL from the circuit court of Coahoma county, HON.E.H. GREEN, Judge.

Appellant not represented by counsel in this court.

No counsel for appellee.

Appellant was convicted of murder and a death sentence imposed. There is no assignment of errors or briefs filed, but we have carefully examined the record and find therein no errors. Testimony of defendant corroborated that for the state and shows a willful and unjustifiable homicide.
