Judgment of the County Court of Kings county reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, upon the grounds (1) the plaintiff failed to establish the defendant's negligence; (2) the evidence establishes the plaintiff's contributory negligence as matter of law, and (3) the verdict is against the weight of the evidence. Jenks, P.J., Mills, Rich, Blackmar and Kelly, JJ., concurred.
