The parties in this appeal have filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a). They assert they have reached an agreement to compromise and settle their differences in the underlying suit.

The parties' motion is granted, and this appeal is dismissed. As per the parties' agreement, all costs of the appeal are taxed against appellant.
