On April 26, 2024, petitioner filed two documents incorrectly titled "First Amendment to Caption of case is amended from 'Maria B McGill, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent' to 'Maria B. McGill, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent'." These documents were filed at Docket Index Nos. 11 and 12.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the documents filed by petitioner at Docket Index Nos. 11 and 12 are recharacterized as petitioner's Second Amendment to Petition and petitioner's Third Amendment to Petition, respectively.
