This case was called for trial on November 7, 2022, at the Trial Session of the Court in Cleveland, Ohio, at which time jurisdiction of this case was retained and the case was remanded to Respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for a supplemental hearing by March 9, 2023. By Order of the Court dated March 17, 2023, the deadline for the supplemental hearing was extended to April 10, 2023.
On September 11, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. For the reasons more thoroughly detailed in respondent's Status Report filed on September 11, 2023, the Court will request that the parties file a further status report by January 18, 2024.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before January 18, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a Status Report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
