This case was called for trial on November 7, 2022, at the Trial Session of the Court in Cleveland, Ohio, at which time jurisdiction of this case was retained and the case was remanded to Respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for a supplemental hearing by March 9, 2023. By Order of the Court dated March 17, 2023, the deadline for the supplemental hearing was extended to April 10, 2023.
On July 12, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report, informing the Court of the present status of this case.
Upon due consideration, and for reasons set forth in Respondent's Status Report filed with the Court on July 12, 2023, it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 11, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a further status report.
