Upon the plaintiff stipulating to reduce the judgment as entered to the sum of $2,368.58, the judgment as so reduced affirmed, without costs to either party; if such stipulation be not given, judgment and order reversed, new trial ordered, costs to appellant to abide event. No opinion.
