DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 1, 2021, and October 13, 2021, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the orders as directs the appellant to seek permission from the Family Court before filing further or additional petitions concerning custody or family offenses is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
