AFTER REMANDMENT


Reversed and remanded with directions to the trial court to determine whether, under the petition, the petitioner is entitled to a new trial, on authority of the Supreme Court of Alabama, Ex Parte James Ray McDonald, 437 So.2d 1342 (Ala. 1983).

REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.

All the Judges concur.
