We REINSTATE this appeal.

We ABATE this appeal for the trial court to comply with this Court's order of June 26, 2023. The appeal will be reinstated when volume 2 of the clerk's record is refiled and any supplemental clerk's record is filed or at such other time as the Court deems proper.
