On April 21, 2023, this Court issued an order requesting the trial court prepare and file certification of the defendant's right of appeal with the District Clerk to prepare a supplemental clerk's record. After further review, this Court finds that the certification of the defendant's right to appeal was filed on April 6, 2023. Therefore, this Court withdraws its order issued April 21, 2023.
