VERNON RAY MCCULLOUGH, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Criminal Court No. 7 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. MA15-21016-H

ORDER

The reporter's record was due July 18, 2018. When it was not filed, we notified court reporter Georgina Ware that it was overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record by August 19, 2018. On that date, Ms. Ware filed a request for an extension of time; the Court granted her request and ordered the reporter's record filed by September 21, 2018. On September 18, 2018, Ms. Ware again filed a request for additional time to file the reporter's record.

We GRANT the request and ORDER the reporter's record filed on or before October 22, 2018. We caution Ms. Ware that the failure to file the reporter's record by that date may result in the Court taking whatever action it deems appropriate to ensure that the record is promptly filed and this appeal proceeds in a timely fashion, including ordering that she not sit until the complete record is filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Elizabeth Crowder, Presiding Judge, County Criminal Court No. 7; to Georgina Ware, deputy court reporter, County Criminal Court No. 7; and to counsel for all parties.
