WAUKEEN Q. MCCOY, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On December 15, 2022, respondent filed two documents titled Objection to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel and Motion to Seal, respectively. These two documents appear to be duplicative of one another. Except for the certificates of service attached to the two just-described documents, they also appear duplicative of a document filed by respondent on December 8, 2022, which the Court recharacterized as a Motion to Seal Opposition to Withdraw as Counsel and Declaration of Waukeen McCoy in Support of Opposition to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that Objection to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel and Motion to Seal, both filed by respondent on December 15, 2022, are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 3, 2023, with respect to the Motion to Seal Opposition to Withdraw as Counsel and Declaration of Waukeen McCoy in Support of Opposition to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, respondent shall file a proper certificate of service. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile the motion. It is further

ORDERED that the due date for petitioner's objection to respondent's Motion to Seal Opposition to Withdraw as Counsel and Declaration of Waukeen McCoy in Support of Opposition to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel is extended from January 11, 2023, to January 18, 2023.
