MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant William J. McCormack filed his notice of appeal on May 30, 2006, appealing a May 25, 2006 judgment. This Court sent him two letters, dated June 1, 2006, directing him to pay the $125 filing fee and file a docketing statement. We warned that his failure to comply would result in the dismissal of his case. On June 15, 2006, appellant filed a motion to stay a court-ordered notice to vacate. We responded with a letter dated June 27, 2006 alerting him that we did not have enough documents in our record to consider his motion, refusing to rule on the motion, and again reminding him to pay the filing fee and file a docketing statement or his appeal would be subject to dismissal without further notice. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed a docketing statement, or otherwise communicated with this Court. We therefore DISMISS his appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(c).
