As to the statute of limitations issue, we affirm on the authority of Harrell v. Reynolds Metals Co., 495 So.2d 1381 (Ala. 1986). As to the discovery issue, we affirm on the authority of Rankin v. First National Bank of Alabama, 437 So.2d 503 (Ala. 1983).

AFFIRMED.
