Appeal and Error — Dismissal — Moot Questions.

Where a question tried to the court has become moot, the appeal will be dismissed.

Appeal from District Court, Tulsa County; Owen Owen, Judge.

Mandamus by the State ex rel. Ed Rice et al. against J.B. McCauley seeking possession of office of justice of the peace. Judgment for relator, and respondent appeals. Dismissed.

O.H. Searcy, for defendant in error.


Under the authority of Greer County Election Board v. Elliott, 26 Okla. 546, 109 P. 731, this cause is dismissed.
