          ORDER

          CLAUDIA WILKEN, District Judge.

         Plaintiffs have brought claims against Defendant Brobeck, Phleger, and Harrison, L.L.P. Defendant Brobeck is currently in bankruptcy proceedings and the claims against Defendant Brobeck are automatically stayed pursuant to the provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 362. Therefore, the Court shall deny without prejudice Defendant Brobeck's motion to dismiss (Docket No. 8) and Plaintiffs' Motion Pursuant to Rule 56(f) (Docket No. 32).

         IT IS SO ORDERED.
