Appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 23, 2017 and October 10, 2017, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for leave to consolidate the aforesaid appeals, and enlarge the time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the affidavit of appellant, John J. McCabe, dated December 4, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid affidavit.
