BY ORDER OF THE COURT.
Petitioners' petition for writ of prohibition is denied, as the caselaw the petitioners cite is not applicable in the case of a nonfinal order. Accordingly, the stay imposed by this court's order of September 18, 2012, is lifted.
The respondent's motion to temporarily relinquish jurisdiction to the circuit court is denied.
