ORDER

Tamara W. Ashford, Judge.

On July 1, 2024, pursuant to the Court's April 3, 2024, Order, the parties filed a Joint Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. The parties report that although petitioner has provided a copy of the captive insurance company's final federal income tax return to respondent, they are still in the process of verifying the items reported on that return. The parties request that the Court allow them to file another status report or a proposed stipulated decision in 60 days. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before September 3, 2024, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
