ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to waive fees is DENIED because a review of the appellant's affidavit of indigency does not persuade this Court that plaintiff is unable to pay.

Within 21 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, appellant shall pay to the Clerk of the Court the entry fee of $375 for each order appealed. See IOP 7.205(B)(7)-1. Failure to comply with this order will result in the dismissal of the appeal. Plaintiff is further advised that the failure to pay motion fees will result in the dismissal of affected motions.
