Leming, Esq., Brown Connery, LLP, appearing on behalf of Defendant, George Yelland, Inc., and James Katz, Esq., Sagot, Jennings Sigmond, appearing on behalf of Plaintiff, Amy Mazza; and,

The Court having considered the papers submitted by counsel for Defendant in support of the motion and the papers submitted by counsel for Plaintiff in opposition;

For the reasons set forth in the foregoing Opinion, IT IS, on this 5th day of September, 2001, hereby ORDERED that the motion of Defendant, George Mazza, Inc., for summary judgment is DENIED.
