This case was called from the calendar of the Court's September 11, 2023 trial session for Denver, Colorado. During the session, respondent filed an exhibit, "Commercial Spokesperson Agreement," labeled as 13-R. Petitioners orally moved the Court to seal exhibit 13-R. Respondent's counsel did not object. After due consideration and pursuant to Rule 103(a) of the Court's Rule of Practice and Procedure, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' oral motion to seal is granted and exhibit 13-R is sealed from public view and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
