In an action to recover damages for personal injuries and for medical expenses and loss of services, plaintiffs appeal from an order dismissing the complaint for lack of prosecution. About two and one-half years elapsed between the time issue was joined and the time the case was noticed for trial. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Wenzel, Acting P.J., MacCrate, Schmidt, Murphy and Ughetta, JJ., concur.
