Action to recover amount paid for stock issued contrary to Securities Law. Judgment for all defendants on demurrer by part.

Error to the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. John J. Sullivan, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1926.

Affirmed in part and reversed in part and remanded.
