ORDER
Appellant's brief was originally due July 26, 2013. On July 26, 2013, appellant filed an "Advisory" with this court, stating the reporter's record from hearings held on February 12 and April 15, 2013 have not been filed. No reporter's record was taken from any hearing held on February 12, 2013. The reporter's record from the April 15, 2013 hearing was filed with this court on May 16, 2013. Also on July 26, 2013, appellant filed a motion for a sixty-day extension of time in which to file his brief and a motion asking this court to allow him to file only one copy of his brief. This court ordered appellant to file one copy of his brief no later than September 24, 2013.
On August 5, 2013, appellant filed a motion with this court stating he has not been provided with a copy of the record and asking this court to require the court reporter provide him with a copy of the record and reset the due date for his brief.
The motion is DENIED in part and GRANTED in part. On this same date, the clerk of this court has mailed to appellant a free copy of both the clerk's record and the reporter's record. Appellant's brief remains due September 24, 2013. NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS OF TIME WILL BE GRANTED.
