Order denying motion to dismiss complaint affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to defendant to answer within ten days from the entry of the order herein. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Kapper, Hagarty, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur.
