On August 5, 2021, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the filing fee, and this case was closed. On September 13, 2021, a check for the filing fee was submitted. For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on August 5, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a proper amended petition, is extended to October 25, 2021. See Tax Court Rule 331(b). If, by October 25, 2021, no amended petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
