ORDER
On September 12, 2017, we ordered appellant to file, within ten days, written verification he had requested the reporter's record and either paid or made arrangements to pay the fee for the record or was entitled to a free record. We cautioned appellant that failure to comply could result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c). To date however, appellant has not complied nor has the reporter's record been filed. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See id. As the clerk's record has been filed, we further ORDER appellant to file his brief no later than December 6, 2017.
