Present — Close, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ.


Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when he fell as he was entering defendant's office building. The negligence assigned is that rubber mats were placed in the hallway of the building after a rainstorm in such a manner as to create a dangerous condition. Judgment dismissing the complaint at the close of plaintiff's case unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
