JANETH MATTOX, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On October 10, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. Upon review, the addition to tax under section 6651(a)(2) set forth in that document is greater than that set forth in the notice of deficiency and there is no statement below the intended judicial signature that explains the increase.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-described Proposed Stipulated Decision is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 6, 2023, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration.
