ORDER

The Court has before it Defendants' Corrected Motion to Continue Preliminary Injunction Hearing and Consent to Extension of Temporary Restraining Order (Docket No. 9). On January 27, 2003, the Court issued an Order granting an ex-parte temporary restraining order (Docket No. 6). The Court scheduled a preliminary injunction hearing for February 4, 2003. Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 65(b), Defendants consent to an extension of the temporary restraining order until February 14, 2003. Plaintiff does not object. The Court finds good cause to grant the motion.

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' Corrected Motion to Continue Preliminary Injunction hearing and Consent to Extension of Temporary Restraining Order (Docket No. 9) is hereby GRANTED. The Temporary Restraining Order is extended and shall expire at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 14, 2003, unless extended pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 65(b).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the preliminary injunction hearing scheduled for February 4, 2003, is RESCHEDULED. The preliminary injunction hearing shall be held on February 12, 2003, at 9:30 a.m. in the Federal Courthouse in Boise, Idaho.
