ORDER

On February 21, 2024, the parties in the case at Docket No. 14382-23 filed a joint Motion for Continuance. And on the same date, the parties in each of the above-entitled cases filed a joint Motion to Consolidate.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion for Continuance is granted in that the case at Docket No. 14382-23 is stricken from the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 29, 2024, in Detroit, Michigan, and continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that the cases at Docket Nos. 26044-22 and 14382-23 are assigned to Judge Joseph W. Nega for trial or other disposition. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion to Consolidate is granted, and the cases at Docket Nos. 26044-22 and 14382-23 are hereby consolidated for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 24, 2024, the parties shall file a joint report regarding the then-present status of these cases.
