ORDER

This matter having come before the Court on an order to show cause why RICHARD B. YOUNG of Morristown should not be temporarily suspended for his failure to cooperate with the Morris County Ethics Committee and for his failure to maintain the books and records required to be kept pursuant to R. 1:21-6 and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that RICHARD B. YOUNG be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending final disposition of the charges against him, effective immediately and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that RICHARD B. YOUNG be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
