Motion for an extension of the time within which to move for reargument denied; motion for reargument of motion for leave to appeal dismissed as untimely (see, 22 N.Y.CRR 500.11 [g] [3]). Motion for leave to appeal from the September 17, 1993 Appellate Division order dismissed upon the ground that that order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution. Motion for poor person relief dismissed as academic.

Judges TITONE and LEVINE taking no part.
